Course Objective
The course is intended for non-financial staff of Westfield.
It is designed to give participants a complete understanding of basic
accounting to run a profitable business with a successful cashflow.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the course participant's will: -
- Understand the role of accounting in their businesses.
- Know the essential elements of business.
- Understand the basic principles of accounting used in Book-keeping, & Reporting.
- Have clear distinctions of the roles of Management and Accountant
- Understand accrual accounting
- Understand Profit & Loss A/C, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
- Have clear distinctions between Profit, Growth and Cash

Fees
- New Zealand: NZ$5000 (net of withholding tax) a day plus expenses and cost of manuals
- Ouside New Zealand: USD$5000 (net of withholding tax) a day plus expenses and cost of manuals
