Course Objective

The course is designed to give participants a complete understanding of all basic financial & accounting policies and procedures to provide them with financial literacy, intelligence and skills to manage a profitable and financially efficient organisation with a successful cashflow and sustainable growth.

• Understand accrual accounting, and know the difference between Profit & Cash
• Have the basic skills of cash management
• Know how to increase cash flow in their business.
• Understand Profit & Loss A/C, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
• Know how to read, analyse and interpret Financial Statements
• Know how to prepare a budget
• Understand the nature and behaviour of costs.
• Be able to evaluate the profitability of an offer
• Have clear distinction between costing and pricing
• Understand the relationship of cost, price, volume and profit.
• Be able to make sound Capital Investment Decisions.
