About Nimai & Associates
Nimai & Associates started in Auckland, New Zealand, on 1 April 1990 and was incorporated as Nimai & Associate Limited on 19 April 1994.
We are a Specialist Training Company providing Accounting and Finance training to managers in the corporate and public sector using accelerated learning techniques.
It has offices in Auckland, New Zealand and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Accelerated Learning Techniques are used to help participants absorb and understand a large amount of information in the shortest time possible.
Flip charts, experiential learning, music, colour and co-operative learning are used to create an environment of high speed learning, involvement and Fun.
Nima Nos Master Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1999.
The principal activities are the provision of specialist training and consultancy services.
It was appointed by Nimai & Associates Limited of Auckland New Zealand as the agent/franchisee for Malaysia to provide specialist training in Accounting & Finance for managers and staff in the corporate and public sector using the accelerated learning techniques.
Nimai & Associates Ltd has been conducting training courses in the Asia Pacific region i.e. in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Japan and China.

Peter Ho, the founder of Nimai & Associates Ltd, is the principal designer and facilitator.
He has been designing and facilitating the learning of Accounting and Finance using accelerated learning techniques for more than 15 years, in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Japan & China.
Peter is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience, is trained in Accelerated Learning Techniques. He has worked in large organisations (e.g. Hewlett Packard in both USA and Malaysia, and Auckland Institute of Technology in New Zealand) and small businesses.
He now specialises in developing and designing financial & accounting in response to the requests from non-accountants managers who needed to learn the knowledge, quickly and effectively, to deal comfortably with financial and business issues in their work.

Mohd Tajudin Aminis is a licensed facilitator of Nimai & Associates Ltd Accounting and Finance courses.
He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience in accounting and finance and merchant banking.
He has undergone training in Accelerated Learning Techniques to enable him to share his knowledge and experience gained in public accounting firms, finance company and merchant banks.
For the past 10 years his area of specialization include advisory services on public listing of companies on the Stock Exchange, fund raising (equity and hybrid instruments), mergers and acquisitions, valuation of businesses, independent evaluation of corporate transactions, privatization, takeovers, general offers and reverse takeovers/backdoor listings, corporate restructuring and rationalisation schemes, etc.
